Café Bauer

The Café Bauer was a well-known coffee house in Berlin . It was opposite the Café Kranzler on the boulevard Unter den Linden corner Friedrichstrasse in today's district Mitte . The building, designed by Wilhelm Böckmann , was one of the first houses in the Viennese coffeehouse style in Berlin and later found many imitators.
